Ray started working in public practice after graduating from the University of Alberta in 2011. She also works as the controller of a local mid-sized company and volunteers in the tax clinic held by CPA Alberta. She is proud of being a mom of an one-year-old. 

After 45 years of experience in the accounting, auditing, and tax industry, Dr. Yu earned her FCPA in 2011.  She granted her MBA in 2006 and a doctorate degree in business management from the City University of Macau in 2009. She has been a professor for 20 years and an independent director for a public company.  Despite busy working, she also serves as a counselor of the Guangdong government.
